Tender description
There is a requirement for a programme management team (Programme Manager, Project Support) for a Transport-related project (Go Smarter). We require one external supplier who can provide us with a programme management team. It is assumed that the programme management team will be based at Newcastle City Council. The programme management team would be responsible for • Liaising with DfT • Liaising with the Senior Responsible Owner • Liaising with local authorities and relevant partners in the NECA area • Acting as Secretariat for the monthly Programme Board • Managing and reporting programme level risks and issues • Providing monthly finance updates • Managing external suppliers as required • Seeking future funding opportunities • Representing Go Smarter at relevant meetings and events Keywords: Programme Management
