X0128 Quality Assurance of Training at TUCA

Tender description

For this contract, known as X0128 Quality Assurance of Training Provision at the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy(TUCA) , CRL is seeking to procure the following services, including:- The undertaking of mock inspections/external checks of the training provision delivered at TUCA. The objectives will be to:  undertake lesson and training observations and provide judgements on the effectiveness of teaching learning and assessment,  provide judgement on the effectiveness of the training provider’s leadership and management to raise the standard of teaching, training and assessment,  provide judgements on the accuracy, effectiveness and robustness of the existing quality assurance process,  provide an overall judgement with evidence on capacity to improve,  provide a judgement on the use of data to inform developments in teaching, learning, assessment and the learner and employer experience,  evaluate the quality of the learner/customer/stakeholder experience through questionnaires and fora,  assess and report on the accuracy of internal observations of teaching, learning and assessment,  provide recommendations to further develop and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment,  provide recommendations to further develop and improve the quality of leadership and management, to raise standards and meet contractor requirements,  provide recommendations to further develop and improve the quality assurance and improvement process.
