Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the upgrade Or replacement of a Website Content Management System, the redesign of the website and the provision of website support, maintenance and hosting services for the National Gallery of Ireland. All existing functionality must be maintained and supported. The service involves all of the following: 1. Upgrade or replacement of the current Website Content Management System; 2. Information architecture, user experience and template design adhering to current brand guidelines; 3. Continuous development of the website; 4. Maintenance and support of the website including value added services; 5. Hosting of the website. Use of third parties by the tenderer is acceptable for any of the 5 aspects above. Should a third party be utilised they must be identified in the Candidates response to Section A1 of Appendix 1.
