FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF DOMICILIARY CARE SERVICES Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to commission domiciliary care services from appropriately registered organisations, with a proven track record, to provide services to the residents of Wrexham under a framework agreement. The Authority intends to provide a range of services of the highest quality to support people in their chosen environments, to retain maximum independence and to provide services that offer the highest standards of physical, psychological and social care. Interested organisations will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to determine their capability for this Framework Agreement.
