Vending at Companies House

Tender description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership are relocating a number of departments/staff to the 4th floor at Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3UZ, this coming August/September. Consequently NWSSP Procurement Services wish to conduct a quotation exercise for the provision of vending on the 4th floor. The service will entail the installation and maintenance of water dispensers, coffee/tea machines and paid vending units under the terms and conditions outlined within the soon-to-be-published quotation request. Please monitor Bravo Solutions for further updates. NWSSP require all units to be installed and ready for use by no later than Friday 22nd August, therefore although tentative in terms of time, we hope to conduct a swift quotation process whereby the awarded bidder is informed of its obligations in the last week of July.
