Tri - Borough Assistive Technology - Soft Market Testing

Tri-Borough refers to an agreement between the three West London Councils referred to above to share services, as a way of reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. The three councils nonetheless remain legally distinct entities. As part of this agreement, the commissioning of Adult Social Care Services is now delivered through and integrated Tri-Borough Commissioning Team, who are leading development of a new integrated approach to the delivery of Assistive Technology (Telecare and Telehealth services) across the Tri-Borough area. This new approach will include 3 main elements of service as follows: • Call Handing • Equipment supply, servicing and maintenance • Response Services The intention is to develop an integrated approach to delivery, and the Councils would like to understand how experienced suppliers in the marketplace consider this might best be delivered. Consequently the Tri-Borough Commissioning Team is carrying out a soft market testing exercise to engage in informal dialogue prior to any formal procurement taking place. The Councils are open to discussion on all potential models of service.
