Tender description

The Council is seeking to award a framework agreement for the provision of an Arboricultural Service within the County boundaries and also for external clients outside of Monmouthshire (across South Wales). Surveys — on-site within 5 days and submit a verbal report within 3 working days and a written report within a further 3 weeks. Emergency service (in normal working hours 8:00-17:30). Contractor to be on-site and make the area safe within 1 working day. Priority tree maintenance. Works to be completed within 5 working days. Routine tree maintenance. Works to be completed to agreed time-scales. Priority survey undertaken within 5 working days and submit a verbal report within 3 working days and a written report within a further 3 weeks. Routine survey to be completed to agreed time-scales. Emergency service (out of normal working hours). Contractor to be on-site within 4 hours and area made safe the same day. Emergency service (in normal working hours — 8:00-17:30). Contractor to be on-site within 4 hours and area made safe the same working day. Priority service. Works completed within 5 working days. Planned maintenance. Works to be completed to agreed schedules. Urgent request for supply of trees and shrubs — to be brought into a holding area for collection within 2 working days. Non-urgent request — to be brought into a holding area within a 20 mile radius of Raglan Depot for collection within 5 working days.
