Tender description
The provision of minor roofing repairs to the Council's housing stock. The proposed contract is for minor repairs only and each task allocated to the successful contractor will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000.00 (excluding VAT and the costs of associated scaffolding, if any is required). All roofing repairs that have an estimated value in excess of £1,000.00 will be subject to alternative quotations.
