Testing, Inspection, Repair,Replacement of Portable Fire Ext. and fire blankets

Tender description

1. The contractor will be required to provide periodic testing and inspection of portable fire extinguishers as required by the BS5306 3:2009 (latest current edition) and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Services. Please see appendix B for Periodic Inspection, Test and Maintenance of Water, Water based and Foam Fire Extinguishers checks which must be carried out on each Portable Fire Extinguishers listed in appendix A. 2. The Contractor will be required to provide testing and inspection of fire blankets in accordance with the BS EN 1869 (latest current edition) and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Services. Please see appendix B for the Service and Maintenance of Fire Blanket checks which must be carried out on each Fire Blanket listed in appendix A.
