Tender Opportunities within the Northern Ireland Health Social Care & Public Safety Sector The enclosed gives notification of new procedure for construction work projects with a value below the EU Threshold, whereby only firms registered on eSourcingNI, with active status on the DHSSPSNI Register and with active status on Constructionline will be invited to submit a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). A supplier invitation list will be produced using the eSourcingNI Portal. Only those firms with appropriate facility and work categories on the DHSSPSNI Register will be able to complete an on-line PQQ web-form in order to be considered for inclusion on a list of firms to be invited to tender.
