Tender description

Hampshire Constabulary, on behalf of Hampshire Police Authority, is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced companies in order to award a contract for the supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to the Constabulary’s licensed premises in Southern Support & Training Headquarters Netley, Southampton. Tenderers are asked to submit their interest in Lot 1 – Spirits and/or Lot 2 – Beers, Lagers & Ciders and/or Lot 3 – Alcopops & Bottled Beer and/or Lot 4 – Soft Drinks & Sundries and/or Lot 5 – Wines & Champagnes and/or Lot 6 – Crisps & Nuts. An outline of the current product range is included in the tender information available through our online eBravo Solution portal; please note that all quantities stated are approximate. Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 General Requirements – To supply the current product range or appropriate alternative as set out in the information provided. Suppliers must have the ability to deliver goods as required, at short notice and be able to provide an out of hours ordering service. It is anticipated that the Constabulary may benefit from contractual arrangements with more than one organisation in order to ensure best value and a large product range. The contract is anticipated to run for three years with the option to extend for a further 24 months on a 1 + 1 basis. The contract has a value circa £30,000 per annum.
