Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Access Control Systems

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is looking at replacing its current Access Control System to a modern, efficient and more cost effective system. The school is inviting applications from suitable companies within the Access Control Systems market that are able to help deliver this project and who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list for the contract. The contract will cover Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Access Control Systems for LSHTM Corporate buildings (which includes Keppel Street, Tavistock place, 9 Bedford Sq, 8 Bedford Sq, 36 Gordon Sq etc.). The estimated contract value is £180k (For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning), including a minimum of 5-7yrs maintenance cost. So we are keen to hear from companies that are able to supply, install, commission, train and provide support/maintenance for the Access Control systems solution they will be proposing to the school. To be considered for the Tender List, interested companies will need to go through a PQ (Pre-Qualification) Process by completing an online questionnaire available within this portal.
