The City invites Tenders for the provision of Street Ambassador Services for the Cheapside Business Alliance. The duration of the contract is 2 years, with the possibility to extend for a further 2 years. To deliver a first class ambassador service for Cheapside Business Alliance, promoting the area to visitors, employees and residents. To drive footfall in and around the footprint and surrounding Iconic areas. In addition, the Street Ambassadors will report matters of public safety, where required The Ambassadors will have a uniform presence and the team will consist of 3-4 members of staff over all. 2 staff per shift at all times. Please note that the maximum budget for the services is £100k per annum, excluding VAT. Organisations wishing to bid for the services must have experience of delivering similar contracts in order to be considered.
