North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking information on the provision of a specialist therapeutic service. We are keen to hear from experienced providers on their views, mechanisms of contract etc. The aim of a Specialist Therapeutic Service is to provide a multi-disciplinary, evidence-driven therapeutic service to children and young people up-to the age of 18 who have experienced functional difficulties related to their trauma, as a result of significant harm (including sexual, physical and emotional harm and/or abuse and neglect (including Child Sexual Exploitation — CSE)) with the aim to minimise the short and long-term effects of this abuse.
