Tender description
Norfolk County Council Children's Services wishes to appoint Service Providers to a LTR Framework Agreement for the provision of residential care and/or education services, day school services for Looked After Child, children at risk of being Looked After and/or children with special educational needs (SEN) of statutory schooling aged 5 to 19 years either with or without a Statement. Norfolk has a LAC population of 1 034 children. We are particularly interested in providers who work from a safe base model, understand the impact of trauma and loss, and are familiar with the signs of safety approach we have adopted.
