Tender description

Housing support service for young people aged typically 16-26 years of age. Provision of an outcomes focused housing support service for 27 young people, typically aged 16-26 years of age, who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless. Providing for around 26 weeks of support for up to 10 hours per week, per individual within a supported accommodation setting. Supported individuals needs and inputs will vary as they progress through their individual journeys. The service should be scheduled around the needs of the young people and should operate at weekends and in the evenings. We would not anticipate that the service would be required for 24 hours/day. The contract will be for 3 years, with 2 possible extensions of 1 year and the contract value is based on 5 years.. Provision of an outreach housing support service for young people, typically aged 16-26 years of age in a range of accommodation including accommodation units, temporary furnished flats, private/secure tenancies within Aberdeen City boundaries, with expected average hours of 100 up to 150 hours per week. The service will be spot purchased. The contract will be for 3 years, with 2 possible extensions of 1 year.
