A Councillor-led Working Group is seeking consultancy support for a scrutiny project on the topic of Contract Monitoring and Safeguarding. This relates to residential homes for adults in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The consultant would be required to explore current arrangements, including provider contract selection and monitoring; examine communication and performance reporting arrangements; review core documentation and interview senior officers and representatives of external organisations; and attend a meeting with the Working Group to discuss the final report and recommendations.
