Tender description

To deliver a family based physical activity project using scooters for adults and children under five. Staff and parent volunteers will be trained to deliver safe, effective and fun sacootersize sessions. This will be delivered at all 18 children centres over a rolling 12 month period and will sustainable long term. Childrens scooter max weight 20kg with adjustable components to allow for flexibility of each child's size. Each scooter to have 3 wheels to aid with balance and a mixture of colours (avoiding pink and blue). Adapted bar for age of child. Adult scooter max weight 95kg with adjustable foot component made of fibre glass to adsorb bumps and adjustable handlebar. The frame to made of Aluminium. Each scooter to have 3 wheels to aid with balance. Rasied deck to and non marking wheels. Children and adult helmets, tabards and pads
