The Royal Marsden is a world-leading cancer centre pioneering new treatments that save lives. We use our research every day to provide the very best in diagnosis, treatment and care for our patients. The revolutionary way we treat people in our hospitals has far-reaching impact, nationally and internationally. The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (the RMCC) plays a vital role in funding this essential and pioneering work. Response handling and fulfilment is a key part of delivering our fundraising programmes and through this providing our donors with excellent supporter service and care. Without in-house capacity to manage these processes and services for our larger campaigns and for our Trading activities it is necessary for us to outsource this work in order to ensure the timely, efficient and accurate processing and thanking of supporters donations and orders. In line with organisation policy we are reviewing our charity response handling and fulfilment requirements and as a part of that review, inviting a number of organisations to respond to this request for a proposal.
