Tender description

Westminster City Council is seeking to appoint one supplier to deliver a face-to-face survey of 1,000 residents (effective base ) and a telephone survey with 500 residents (effective base). There is also a possibility of a second telephone survey which may be conducted in early 2015. We are planning to run the face-to-face and telephone fieldwork at a similar time as a key requirement in doing this research is to allow us to understand the difference in sampling between the different methodologies as we are planning to incorporate some aligned questions. Fieldwork will take place in September and October 2014.
