RFQ: Safer Neighbourhood Board Independent Chair

In his manifesto for the 2012 election the Mayor of London committed to creating local Safer Neighbourhood Boards (SNB) at the Borough level. The Boards will be holding Police to account and will act as a link between communities and the Police on a range of important issues.
