Tender description

The aim of the service is to provide a dispute resolution service, mediation adviser and mediation service to enable the Local Authorities (Halton and Cheshire West and Chester) and the Clinical Commissioning Groups to fulfil its statutory duties under the Children & Families Act 2014. The Children and Families Act 2014, along with the accompanying Regulations and Guidance, brings about significant reforms to the systems surrounding special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) for children, their parents and young people up to the age of 25.
