Retail Supply & Service Management (Crown Branch, On-Line & Wholesale)

Tender description

1. As set out in the OJEU notice (2015/S 239-433732) under the leadership and management of Post Office, the purpose of this contract is to: (a) supply and optimise retail in Post Office’s UK-wide Crown branch network (currently around 300 branches); b) run and optimise the online retail channel of Post Office (www.postoffice.co.uk/shop) and (c) manufacture, supply and wholesale Post Office branded packaging products to Post Office’s Crown branch network and online channel - and to Post Office’s UK wide Agency network and to 3rd party retailers. The procurement process is being run following the Competitive Dialogue procedure. 2. Post Office proposes to enter into a contract for a maximum period of 84 months with one Supplier following an estimated 3 months transition period (if required). The anticipated Services commencement date (following any transition) is 01/08/16.
