Tender description
The Learning and Skills Council is responsible for planning and funding high-quality vocational education and training programmes for everyone. We wish to procure a framework agreement for research and evaluation consultancy services: - To undertake research to inform LSC policy and programme development. - To evaluate the performance and impact of LSC programmes to ensure that they provide value for money and support the achievement of our vision and priorities.
