Tender description
Natural England (NE) has recently had a full survey carried out of their built estate at the Ribble Estuary National Nature Reserve, Old Hollows Lane, Marsh Road, Banks, Preston PR9 8DU. A copy of this survey is shown within Annex 2. One of the recommendations from this survey was that the low grade (asbestos) water pipe which supplies drinking water to the NE office and cattle pens from the mains on Marsh Road, Banks Grid Ref. SD 397218, should be left in sit-u and that a new pipe is installed alongside the old pipe. This new pipe will be a modern potable water grade plastic pipe.
