Tender description
The Council's property at 1-30 Aspen Close, Yiewsley is a four-storey block of flats with six communal staircases. Most of its staircases are wholly or partially covered. Following a number of reported slips and falls, the Council has found that all the stair treads are substantially worn and should be replaced as they do not offer the necessary protection to users.
