Refurbishment of kitchens, Block MV Magee campus

Tender description

The University invites applications from main building contractors for the works associated with the refurbishment of 9 Nr kitchens at Block MV on the Magee Campus. The works comprise of strip-out and removal of existing kitchen units, fixtures and fitting, floor coverings and general purpose power installations to the 9Nr kitchens over five floors within Block MV. The contractor is to install a new kitchen installation including new flooring, provision of a new general purpose power installation, final connection of free issue white goods and general improvement to finishes. It is anticipated that the works will commence start of June 2016 with a completion date of the 8th July 2016 and a detailed programme of the works will be drawn-up with the successful contractor upon appointment.
