Tender description

Tai Calon is looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to replace the existing building fabric to 15 blocks of flats within the Blaenau Gwent area. Works include roof replacements to non-traditional blocks (main roofs and Mansards to Cornish type units), with removal of all identified Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) by a suitably accredited provider. The requirement is to complete the works within a time period between July and October 2016. It is Tai Calon’s intention to award the contract by the 20th of June 2016. Due consideration should be given to these timescales prior to submitting a bid. The successful Contractor will be required to attend a pre-contract meeting before starting work.
