Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is looking to procure a Queue Management System to be used as a corporate solution for all queue management needs. Our current system is used to manage queues in Main Reception and Housing Benefits Reception. This contract is due to expire in 30th June 2016 and new requirements have arisen in other areas of the Council for which we require an integrated solution. In addition, the 2 current branches (Main Reception and Housing Benefits) are run from hard drives that act as Servers - there are two for each branch, one running the application and another running the media display on the queue screens. The physical Servers are currently vulnerable in the current setup and there have been occasions where they have inadvertently been shut-down or interrupted, bringing a high-profile system to a standstill.
