Q152 - Martlett Court The Authority is inviting bids to appoint a single contractor for internal and external refurbishment works at Martlett Court, London. The scope of the project includes; • Excavate concrete surfaces and paviours • Remove and replace damaged drainage to courtyard area and below Sheridan Buildings • Installation of new and repair of existing drainage connections, as required, in the communal soil pipes which serve the blocks (and being WCC’s responsibility by falling within the chargeable block area) • Remove tree roots, prune branches and provide root protection on advice from tree surgeon • Re-levelling courtyard surfaces • Re-installation of paviours and concrete hard standing to courtyard area • Cleaning courtyard area on completion of works • Testing of drainage on completion and re-instatement of passive fire protection.
