NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (hosted by Velindre NHS Trust) acting on behalf of (i) Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and (ii) Cwm Taf Local Health Board and (iii) Anuerin Bevan Local Health Board;, is seeking to appoint a sole supplier to provide chronic haemodialysis services across the five (5) sites in South East Wales for established renal failure patients requiring renal replacement therapy and who are not suitable or able to undertake alternative dialysis therapy or are awaiting transplantation.
