Tender description

The BBC is inviting submissions from a number of market research agencies for the new Qualitative Roster. Roster agencies will have the opportunity to bid for the majority of the BBC's qualitative projects of varying methodologies. Qualitative research is used extensively across the BBC in order to understand the market, as well as assessing audience attitudes to different services across the BBC and proposed initiatives and programmes. Roster agencies should have experience in or a good understanding of broadcast media and the ability to offer various methodologies, recruitment methods and presentation techniques. Some projects may require basic interviewing skills whereas others might require multiple methodologies and workshop design. The BBC is keen to look at cutting edge developments and appropriate new research approaches and initiatives.
