Tender description

HS2 Ltd requires a Supplier to HS2 Ltd to write and implement a new suite of Contract Management Procedures for the administration and management of its Infrastructure Conditions of Contract (ICC) contracts for use with its new GI (Ground Investigations) Framework Agreement, and review existing NEC3 procedures. The scope of the procedures excludes the procurement process up to contract award. The Supplier must demonstrate experience and capability of undertaking similar work for major infrastructure projects or for the Department for Transport. The work will support HS2 Ltd’s standardised contract management approach to proactively drive value from expenditure through continuous improvement - incentivising suppliers and their respective supply chains to contribute towards high levels of performance delivery.
