Tender description

As part of NIE Networks capital investment programme it has a requirement to establish new substation buildings and refurbish some of its existing buildings at various substation sites across Northern Ireland. Due to the volume of work it has become necessary to put a contract in place to have the heating, lighting and general power installations at some of these sites carried out by contract staff. The work will include the following: • Installation of internal and external lighting systems • Installation of tubular heating systems • Installation of general power systems • Testing and Commissioning procedures
