Tender description

The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a provider or providers to deliver conflict resolution training to staff deemed to be at risk from reasonably foreseeable violence. The scope of the tender comprises the delivery of training to both new and existing staff with anticipated volumes during the term of 850 new recruits and 1650 existing staff (refresher training). The contract term will be twelve (12) months with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months.
