Provision of Asbestos Management Surveys, Condition Reports & Management Plans

Tender description

The City Council is seeking to procure a competent and accredited Asbestos Surveying Consultancy to undertake new Asbestos Management Surveys at each of the Schools and Academies constructed pre 2000 in the Stoke-on-Trent Schools PFI Estate, along with detailed condition reports and a management plans for each site. The management plans are to include estimated maintenance costs, liability assessment and estimated costs for removal amongst other requirements. To comply with the Corporate Asbestos Policy and Management Plan, along with other requirements, the consultancy carrying out the service is required to be a UKAS accredited inspection body, type C (ISO17020), for asbestos and to be a Consultancy Association member (ATaC).
