HS2 Ltd has a requirement for the development and delivery of a series of ‘Professional Services Best Practice Delivery Programme’ to support HS2 Directors and Managers to procure and manage consultancy expenditure more effectively, at a time when mission critical Professional Services strategic procurements are ramping up to enable the delivery of key HS2 programme milestones including Review Point 1 (RP1). The value of the influencable expenditure is currently 80% of HS2’s indirect expenditure. The overarching aim of this commission is to Develop and roll-out a ‘Professional Services Best Practice Delivery Programme’ which is required to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and expertise to make the behavioural changes that are required across HS2 to manage professional organisations in delivering project deliverables to time and performance.
