Prior Information Notice: Provision of Homecare Services in Somerset THIS RELATES TO A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT AT THIS STAGE A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. ***** PLEASE NOTE: By Expressing an Interest in this event you are not confirming your place at the event. Please follow the instructions below to book your place at the event***** Somerset County Council (SCC) and Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are jointly commissioning the provision of homecare in Somerset. We are seeking interest from organisations that would like to provide Homecare services in Somerset. Somerset County Council is intending to lead a procurement process in the Summer of 2016. Provider Engagement Meeting – Tuesday 14th June 2016 Interested providers are invited to attend a Provider Engagement Meeting with Somerset County Council and Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group in Taunton. The event will be an opportunity to hear details about the service that is being commissioned and to ask any questions you may have. Due to the venue size, we ask that no more than two representatives attend from each organisation. Organisations that take part will not be advantaged or disadvantaged in any way in any potential future formal procurement. Commercial confidentiality will be respected. This notice does not represent a formal commitment by the Council to undertake a procurement procedure. Event Details Date: Tuesday 14th June 2016 Time: 10:00am to 12:30pm Location: Taunton. You will need to provide details of your company, name(s) of person(s) wishing to attend and contact email address. If you are unable to attend the event the presentation and minutes will be available through the e tender system Pro-Contract. Please note that Reablement Services in Somerset will now be a separate tender and details of a provider engagement event will be available shortly
