PRINTING / DESIGN OF FRONTLINE NEWSPAPER

Tender description

Hampshire Constabulary, on behalf of Hampshire Police Authority, is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced print and design companies in order to award a contract for the printing or the printing and design of the internal Constabulary newspaper. Tenderers are asked to submit their interest in Lot 1 – Printing of Frontline Newspaper and/or Lot 2 – Printing & Design of Frontline Newspaper. Lot 1 Requirements – The printing of between 6 and 9 issues of the Frontline Newspaper per annum. The completed papers are then to be bundled and delivered to four designated Constabulary sites. Suppliers are also required to pack and mail 300 individual papers to addresses supplied by the Constabulary. Lot 2 Requirements – Receiving articles and images for the Frontline Newspaper to be placed into a pre-provided template. The printing of between 6 and 9 issues of the Frontline Newspaper per annum. Papers are then to be bundled and delivered to four designated Constabulary sites. Suppliers are also required to pack and mail 300 individual papers to addresses supplied by the Constabulary. This contract is anticipated to run for three years with an annual value circa £30,000.
