Tender description

The South East Coast Collaborative Procurement Hub provides strategic procurement services to all types of NHS organisations within the region. As part of the Department of Health’s Supply Chain Excellence Programme (SCEP) the South East Coast CPH (SEC CPH) influences a commercial spend of over £1 billion on behalf of 27 NHS organisations. Running in parallel with these initiatives is a drive to ensure that the NHS gains the very best value for money in all areas of expenditure. Therefore as part of this, the SEC CPH has decided to negotiate 2 contracts for Printed Stationery - Ad-hoc Forms and Stock Forms. Stock Forms: Printed stationery contract for a number of standard products specific to individual trusts. This contract will exclude pathology request forms and medical case note folders. Ad-hoc Forms: It is envisaged that ad-hoc items will be printed on a quote-by-quote basis using a comprehensive schedule of rates indicating the level of complexity required (number of parts, number of colours, paper size etc).
