Tender description
To identify and appoint one or more Architects with appropriate experience and capacity to design housing development schemes for the phase 1 housing company sites. The resulting appointment will initially be to RIBA plan of works 2013 stage 3 - award of planning approval. Novation arrangements will form part of the contractor procurement in due course.
