Tender description

Centro is seeking suitable contractor(s) to deliver Park & Ride expansion schemes at three locations - Four Oaks, Kings Norton & Stourbridge Junction. A bid was made by Centro to the Department for Transport for Pinchpoint funding and this was successful with a contribution being made in support of delivery of the three schemes. Kings Norton Park & Ride expansion briefly comprises of 96 additional spaces via a surface level car park including CCTV coverage of the expanded car park and energy efficient and controllable lighting. Stourbridge Junction Park & Ride expansion consists of 213 additional spaces including CCTV coverage of the expanded car park and energy efficient / controllable lighting and, subject to availability of funding, a central canopy consistent with the existing car park. The Four Oaks site allows for an additional circa 60 spaces, including CCTV coverage of the expanded car park and energy efficient / controllable lighting, Please note that in line with DfT Pinchpoint funding constraints the schemes need to be completed by the end of the 2014 calendar year.
