Tender description

Sportscotland was seeking a vendor hosted, cloud based, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with integrated payroll and ideally a Learning Management System (LMS). Sportscotland employs approximately 300 employees and also acts as a payroll agent for Sports Governing bodies (approximately 500 individuals). The majority of sportscotland's current HR / payroll / learning and development processes are manual and we are seeking to move all our processes to an electronic platform where practically possible.
