Tender description

To provide a comprehensive payroll and associated services which are fully integrated with ESR (Electronic Staff Records). This is be provided throughout the EastMidlands 23 member trusts associated with the re:source Procurement. Please note that not all 23 Trusts may participate in this service. The service provider(s) should incorporate full payroll and pension services together with absence data entry. The contract is to deliver payroll services to in excess of 50,000 potential employees across the EastMidlands, the majority is to be provided on a monthly pay schedule however there is some weekly pay element and a small legacy of local pay arrangements. The system also needs to be able to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information Act, Caldicott Report on Confidentiality and British Standards in security BS7799, and HMRC guidelines.
