TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A TRUST WIDE PATIENT EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK AND SAFETY OUTCOME MEASUREMENT SYSTEM Summary Requirements The measurement of service user (patients, visitors and staff) feedback on Trust performance relating to key areas of care management and patient safety outcomes is a requirement of, amongst others, the Care Quality Commission, NHS Litigation Authority and commissioning bodies. It is an imperative that the patient feedback system is accessible to potential users via a number of varying portals and that the data collected and subsequent reporting is presented in such a way as to contribute towards improvements in individual care provision and wider service delivery. Functional Requirements of a System This tender is for the provision of application software and hardware, and its installation, implementation, and subsequent support and maintenance, or the hosting off-site of such. The system must provide access to patient held devices, kiosks and other methods of service user feedback such as web based surveys, and possibly SMS texting.
