The Council is seeking an Operator of Kirkleatham Catering Academy & Restaurant, Horticulture Training Centre and Walled Garden. Further detail is provided in the specification available at www.nepo.org the main objectives are: Manage a quality catering and horticultural academy, restaurant and seminar/training facility within a restored walled garden. Make a significant contribution to the overall regeneration and sustainability of this historic estate; celebrating and enhancing our heritage as a location for informal recreation, business, events etc. Develop and provide opportunities for residents and visitors of all ages to improve their skills, qualifications and experience, in catering, hospitality, horticulture and potentially, other skills; with a particular focus on engaging young people and those from disadvantaged groups. Take a leading role in advising the design process to create a suitable facility.
