On-Line Business to Business Appointment Matching System for Tourism Workshops

Fáilte Ireland operates a number of In Ireland Business to Business Workshops annually. These Workshops give the Irish Tourism Industry the opportunity to meet and do business with overseas tourism Buyers and Operators from a number of different international markets. There will be approximately seven In– Ireland Workshops scheduled annually by Fáilte Ireland. Workshops vary in size and attract approximately 100 to 550 Buyers and Suppliers. The Workshops range from one day to two days. Fáilte Ireland is tendering for a Supplier that can deliver a proven Business to Business appointment matching system for each of these Workshops. The main objective is to provide a platform where the Buyers and Suppliers can manage their own appointment schedules and request, accept or reject appointments. The system must also deliver a comprehensive reporting function for validators and administrators.
