Tender description

The National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Heatlhcare (NLIAH) has a requirement for support for the OD Practitioner Programme The objectives of this requirement is to: To equip participants with the knowledge, skills, techniques and tools to develop and deliver Organisation Development interventions in a (1) cross NHS Wales organisation, (2) a cross department and (3) an in-department setting. For participants to be able to apply their learning to deliver change using OD interventions in a range of situations, environments and political contexts, and working with a range of people and groups. It is anticipated that the Tender will be available w/c 17 September 2012.
