Framework Agreement for the provision of building, mechanical, electrical, grounds services, design and other related specialist services associated with Planned Preventative maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Minor Works. Pre-qualification Questionnaires can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate's e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. Under no circumstances will late Pre-Qualification Questionnaires be considered.
