Non-Regulated Services Approved Provider List

Tender description

The Council wishes to establish an Approved Provider List for Non-regulated Services. The Approved Provider List for Non-Regulated Services is used for a wide range of services including but not limited to: • Collective Care Settings i.e. day time activities for groups in one venue, purchased on an individual basis; • Collective Care Settings for employment training i.e. Sheltered workshops; • Non Collective Care Settings i.e. day time activities for individual people; • Non Collective Care Home Based Settings i.e. sitting services ; and • Practical Support Services i.e. home improvements, telecare, shopping, cleaning and pet services. The Business Questionnaire, Insurance Form, Pricing Submission Form, Supplier Set-up Form and Signing Hub Declaration Form must be downloaded, completed in full and uploaded as part of your submission. Provider means the legal entity seeking to participate in the procurement process and is responsible for any information provided.
